摘要
世界一流大学作为遗传和环境的产物,在不同民族国家的发展中又形成各自独特的办学经验,成为国际经验的重要组成部分。中国世界一流大学建设,既不能脱离本国实际,盲目照抄照搬,也不可忽视大学发展的共性规律,故步自封,而应当立足本土,放眼全球,在借鉴吸收世界一流大学先进办学经验的基础上,从国情出发,创造性地探索中国建设世界一流大学的道路,在将中国研究型大学推向世界一流的同时,也为世界一流大学建设贡献中国智慧和中国经验。
As the product of heredity and environment,world-class universities have formed their own unique school-running experience in the development of different nations and states,which then become an important part of international experience.During the construction of China’s world-class universities,we should not be divorced from the reality of the native and copy blindly,nor can we neglect the common law of university development,and stand still.Instead,we should base ourselves on the local and look around the world.While absorbing the advanced school running experience from world-class universities,we should start from our own national conditions,integrate both national and global characteristics,and creatively explore the way to construct world-class universities.We should contribute Chinese wisdom and exprience to the building of world-class universities while we promote the Chinese resecorch university into world-class universities.
