The Contemporary Value and Practice Direction of Integrated “Great Ideological and Political Theory” Education in Normal Colleges and Universities

摘要 "大思政"育人是党和国家对高校思想政治教育工作的新理念、新要求和新定位,体现了全员参与、全要素融入、全过程贯穿、全方位覆盖、全系统联动、全体系支持的一体化育人逻辑和实践特性。高等师范院校在高等教育体系中具有明确的办学定位,构建"大思政"一体化育人格局对坚守师范教育立场、创新教师教育文化、涵育优秀师资人才、推进思政教育内涵式发展具有独特价值。面对多元思想文化的激荡碰撞、铸魂师资人才的时代要求、学生学习形式的多样变革和教师教育振兴的长远大计,高等师范院校需要建立以核心价值观培育为精神统领、以师德师风建设为核心归旨、以思想政治教育为主要渠道、以学校课程思政为综合保障、以教师教育文化建设为动力支撑的人才培养体系和育人路径,为教育战线培育优秀师资人才、服务各级各类时代新人培养提供坚实保障和战略支撑。 “Great Ideological and Political Theory”education is the new concept,requirements,and positioning of our Party and our country for ideological and political education in colleges and universities,which reflects the integrated educating logic and practical characteristics of full staff participation,full factor integration,full process penetration,full coverage,full system linkage and full system support.Normal colleges and universities have clear positioning in the higher education system.Also,establishing integrated“Great Ideological and Political Theory”education pattern has unique value for upholding the stance of normal education,innovating teacher education culture,cultivating outstanding teacher talents,and promoting the connotative development of ideological and political education.Now,with the violent collision of diverse ideologies and cultures,the era requirements of teachers’training,the diverse changes of student learning ways,and the long-term plan for the revitalization of teacher education,normal colleges and universities should establish the“Great Ideological and Political integrated Theory”education system and path,cultivating socialist core values,focusing on the construction of ethics and morals,taking ideological and political education as the main channel,taking school curriculum ideology and politics as the comprehensive guarantee,and taking teachers’education and culture construction as the fundamental driving force,so as to provide solid guarantee and strategic support for the cultivating outstanding teachers and contemporary talents.
