摘要
开发利用农村所在社区教育资源,是缩小农村地区与发达地区学前教育发展差距的关键。通过对全国12省90所幼儿园进行调查,发现当前农村幼儿园社区教育资源开发中存在着开发利用意愿不足、资源利用率低,资源开发利用以幼儿园主动为主、幼儿园开发利用功利性目的突出等问题。农村社区教育资源的有效开发利用应从构建幼儿园有效支持机制、儿童社区服务机制、基层统筹管理机制、法律制度保障机制着手。
The development and utilization of the community education resources in rural area is the key to reducing the disparity in preschool education development between rural and developed areas.In the present study,we investigated 90 kindergartens in 12 provinces of China.As a result,we found that currently the rural kindergartens have low willingness to develop the community education resources,and they also have low utilization ratio of the resources.What’s more,the rural kindergartens are mainly initiative in developing and using the resources and they always do it with utilitarian purpose.We suggest that the effective development and utilization of rural community educational resources should proceed with the construction of the effective supporting mechanism in kindergartens,the children service mechanism in community,the overall grassroots management system and the legal safeguard mechanism.
