摘要推进高职院校治理现代化是新时代高职院校发展的重要议题。以坚持党的领导为根本保证,以立德树人为根本任务、以职业教育高质量发展为价值追求、以坚持职教类型特征为根本遵循,以推进高水平高职院校建设为内生动力是高职院校治理现代化的核心要义。遵循高职教育发展规律与类型特征,改革创新治理模式,应以"自治"为基本特征,强化法治思维的保障与约束,落实办学自主权;以"智治"为支撑,推进教育治理数字化转型;从"人治"到"法治",从传统的"一元管理"走向"多元共治",全面提升高职院校的治理能力,实现"善治"愿景,保障学校高水平建设和高质量发展。通过完善顶层布局创新、完善治理运行体系、凝练"共治"文化、推进数字化改革等举措为高水平高职学校治理现代化建设提供动力。 To promote the modernization of governance in higher vocational colleges is an important issue in the development of higher vocational colleges in the new era.Adhering to the party’s leadership as the fundamental guarantee,taking moral education as the fundamental task,taking the high-quality development of vocational education as the value pursuit,adhering to the characteristics of vocational education types as the fundamental follow,and promoting the construction of high-level vocational colleges as the endogenous driving force are the core meaning of governance modernization of vocational colleges.In accordance with the development law and type characteristics of higher vocational education,and in order to reform and innovation governance mode,we should take“autonomy”as the basic feature,strengthen the guarantee and restriction of legal thinking and implement the autonomy of running schools;promote the digital transformation of education governance with the support of“wise governance”;realize the transformation from“rule by man”to“rule by law”,from the traditional“unitary management”to“multi-governance”,and therefore,comprehensively improve the governance ability of higher vocational colleges,realize the vision of“good governance”,and guarantee the high-level construction and high-quality development of schools.By improving the top-level layout innovation,improving the governance operation system,refining the culture of“co-governance”,and promoting the digital reform,we can provide good references for the modernization of high-level higher vocational school governance.
