摘要
目的探讨艾灸法联合中药穴位贴敷对颈椎病疼痛和颈椎关节活动功能的影响。方法选取2018年6月—2019年6月期间医院确诊收治的108例颈椎病患者,利用区组随机法分为对照组和研究组,各54例。对照组给予常规药物、改善睡眠姿势、纠正不良姿势和颈椎锻炼等综合治疗,研究组在上述综合治疗基础上,给予中医艾灸法联合中药穴位贴敷治疗,均持续观察4周。比较两组治疗前后颈痛量表(NPQ)、颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)和颈椎关节活动功能测量数值的变化情况,并评估临床疗效差异。结果两组治疗4周后NPQ、NDI评分均较治疗前明显下降,研究组治疗4周后NPQ、NDI评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗4周后颈椎关节左旋转、右旋转、左侧屈、右侧屈的活动角度均明显变大,研究组治疗4周上述颈椎活动度测量数值均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗缓解有效率96.30%(52/54),显著高于对照组83.33%(45/54),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗依从性均较好,研究组仅出现3例轻度局部水泡,均未出现严重不良反应。结论艾灸法联合中药穴位贴敷能帮助颈椎病患者减轻疼痛,改善颈椎关节活动度和恢复颈椎功能,增益临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the effect of moxibustion combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on cervical spondylosis pain and measurement parameters of cervical joint activity.Methods A total of 108 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to ourhospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,54 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional medicine,improvement of sleep posture,correction of bad posture and cervical exercise and other comprehensive treatment.On the basis of the above comprehensive treatments,the study group was given moxibustion combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine.All patients were observed for 4 weeks.The changes of neck pain scale(NPQ),cervical disability index(NDI)and cervical joint motion function measurement parameters were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.ResultsThe NPQ and NDI scores of the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the NPQ and NDI scores of the study group after 4 weeks of treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the motion angles of left rotation,right rotation,left flexion and right flexion of cervical spine were significantly increased and the above parameters of cervical motion in the study group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the study group was 96.30%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.33%)and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the two groups was good,and only 3 cases with mild local blister occurred in the study group,and there were no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion Moxibustion combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine can help patients with cervical spondylosis to reduce pain,restore the range of motion and function of cervical joint,and increase the clinical efficacy.
