摘要
文化遗产是一个民族历史的物质载体,战乱造成的文化遗产损失也是全人类的损失。自古以来战争都会对文化和文明造成不可避免的毁坏,虽然现代战争也有国际条约要求冲突双方保护文化遗产,但在实际中破坏难以避免,保护依然势在必行。本文从武装冲突下文化遗产破坏的历史入手,从法律法规的角度探讨武装冲突下文化遗产保护公约的局限性,从目前的局部武装冲突中文化遗产的被破坏情况,从而引出我们应该如何更好地守护一个文明的思考。
Cultural heritage is the embodiment of the history of a nation and any damage to cultural heritage in armed conflict would be a huge loss to humanity.Wars have always caused damage to culture and civilization since ancient times.Although both sides of a conflict are asked to protect cultural heritage by relevant conventions,damage is still inevitable.This paper examines destruction of cultural heritage in times of armed conflict,discusses the limitation of conventions for the protection of cultural heritage,and explores how to better protect a civilization.
