摘要
目的探讨运用杵针结合针灸疗法在缓解中风伴有失眠症状患者中的临床效果。方法选取2018年9月—2019年2月,于辽宁中医药大学附属医院脑病康复三科就诊的中风患者,对其中符合纳入标准的60例失眠患者进行研究。随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例,对照组予常规药物右佐匹克隆治疗。治疗组予杵针结合针灸治疗,其中杵针取穴:百会八阵(天谷八阵)及大椎至命门段河车路;针灸取穴:印堂、百会、四神聪、安眠、神门、神庭、内关、足三里。结果总有效率治疗组为99.3%,显著高于对照组的70%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),杵针结合针灸针对中风失眠患者症状、PSQI评分(睡眠质量、睡眠时间、入睡时间等)、焦虑抑郁评分具有明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论杵针结合针灸疗法在缓解中风患者失眠症状上有显著效果,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of pestle and acupuncture in relieving insomnia in stroke patients.Methods 60 cases of insomnia stroke patients in the third department of encephalopathy rehabilitation,affiliated hospital of Liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine who met the inclusion criteria from September 2018 to February 2019 were selected.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group,the control group was treated with conventional drugs dextropieclone.The treatment group was treated with pestle and eye acupuncture.In the treatment group,pestle needle point selection:Baihui(DU20)eight array(Tiangu eight array)and Dazhui(DU14)to Mingmen(DU4)section Heche road.Acupoint selection in treatment group:Intang(EX-HX3)point,Baihui(DU20)point,Sishencong(EX-NN1)point,Anmian(EX-HN18)point,Shenting(HT7)point,Neiguan(PC6)point,Zusanli(ST36)point.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 99.3%,which was significantly higher than 70%of the control group(P<0.05),acupuncture and clubbing combined with acupuncture can significantly improve the symptoms of stroke,insomnia,PSQI and anxiety and depression.Conclusion Pestle and needle combined with acupuncture therapy have significant effect on relieving insomnia symptoms of stroke patients.
