摘要
毛泽东首先是革命导师,也是出色的教育家,他教会了以农民为主体的革命者成功进行了新民主主义革命,也为加快中国的社会主义建设事业而兴办教育。离开毛泽东的教育思想,很难解释中国的新民主主义革命为何会较快胜利,也难以理清中华人民共和国的教育制度、教育方针和方法。作为大教育家的毛泽东,对中国教育的贡献至少有十一方面,并且在作出这些重要贡献时往往是领人之先的。当前,全面研究毛泽东的教育思想、重视毛泽东对中国教育的重大贡献极为重要。
Mao Zedong was first and foremost a revolutionary mentor and an outstanding educator.He taught the revolutionaries,mainly farmers,to carry out a successful New Democratic Revolution and set up education to accelerate the cause of socialist construction in China.Without his ideas on education,it is difficult to explain how China’s new democratic revolution was won relatively quickly,or to sort out the education system,educational guidelines and methods of the PRC.As a great educator,Mao Zedong contributed to Chinese education in at least eleven aspects,and was often at the forefront of making these important contributions.At present,it is extremely important to comprehensively study Mao’s educational thought and to value his major contributions to Chinese education.
