摘要
中国共产党历来高度重视培养青年政治骨干,也善于从时代任务出发依据时代主题造就青年政治骨干。在新民主主义革命时期,党着重培养“革命的先锋队”;社会主义革命和建设时期,从组建改变“一穷二白”面貌的青年突击队,到培养“又红又专”的建设者;改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期,我们党着力培养“四有新人”;中国特色社会主义新时代,“培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人”成为核心任务。始终依据具体历史时期特点培养和造就青年政治骨干,回溯历史,将有助于我们用中国化时代化的最新成果,指导培养新时代青年政治骨干。
The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the cultivation of young political backbones,and is also good at creating young political backbones from different tasks and themes of the times.For more than a hundred years,the party has created a group of young political backbones.During the New Democratic Revolution,the party focused on cultivating“pioneers of the revolution”;during the socialist revolution and construction period,the party transformed from the establishment of the innocent young commando team to the cultivation of“patriotic and special”builders;in the new era of reform and opening up and socialist modernization construction,the party focused on cultivating the“four newcomers”;in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,“to cultivate new generations who take on the responsibility of national rejuvenation”became the core task.We should always cultivate young political backbones based on the characteristics of specific historical periods.Looking back on history will help us use the latest achievements of modernization to guide the cultivation of young political backbones in the new era.
