摘要
介绍外购阳极在生产过程中存在的主要问题及影响,结合生产实践,对电解精炼的电流密度、电解液净化工序、电解液进液方式、添加剂计量等工艺过程进行持续优化和改造,提升复杂原料阳极在目前铜电解精炼工艺中的适应能力。
Main problems and effects of purchased anodes in production process were introduced.Continuous optimization and improvement of current density,electrolyte purification process,electrolyte feeding mode,additive measurement and other technological processes of electrolytic refining were carried out combining with production practice.Adaptability of complex raw material anodes in current copper electrolytic refining process was enhanced.
