摘要
随着铜闪速熔炼工艺日益成熟,对复杂铜矿的适应性越来越强,后续电解精炼产出更多杂质含量较高的铜阳极泥。针对杂质高、金银品位低的铜阳极泥,从卡尔多炉操作和配套设施工艺以及中间物料控制三方面进行了优化改造,使得卡尔多炉的年处理物料量从2400t提升至3800t,生产能力提高了58.3%,实现了金银产能的最大化。
With gradual maturity of copper flash smelting and stronger adaptability to treat complex copper ore,more copper anode slime with higher impurity content was produced by subsequent electrolytic refining.To address copper anode slime with high impurity and low-grade gold and silver,optimization and transformation of operation of Kaldo furnace,supporting facility,and controlling of intermediate materials were carried out.Annual processing capacity of Kaldo furnace rises from 2400 tto 3800 t,and production capacity of gold and silver is maximized.
