摘要
介绍了铜电解精炼过程中骨胶、硫脲和盐酸三种添加剂的作用机理,研究了工业条件下骨胶、硫脲和盐酸三种添加剂以不同配比添加时对阴极沉积物的影响,从阴极铜的金相结构、韧性和化学成分进行分析,探索添加剂对阴极铜质量的影响。
Osselcolla, thiocarbamide and hydrochloric acid are important additive in process of copper electrorefining. The work principle of these three kinds of additive are introduced, the influence of different ratio of these three kinds of additive to negetive sediment are studied. The metallographic structure, tenacity and chemical composition of negetive copper are analyzed, and the influence of additive to the quality is researched.
