摘要
为明确煤炭提质必要性,利用国内生产总值和能源强度,预测了中国未来近15年的能源需求变化趋势,结合能源结构估算了煤炭需求趋势。以大柳塔煤矿煤质为例,研究水分、灰分对煤质发热量的影响,并结合煤炭不同用途对质量的要求,分析了提高煤炭质量的必要性;论述了降低煤炭水分、灰分,提高煤炭质量的主要手段;最后结合神东自身及神东煤炭分选加工存在问题提出建议。随着未来对煤炭质量要求的提高,化学选煤、微波技术等很可能用于煤炭生产。
In order to clarify the necessity of improving coal quality,the trend of energy demand of the next 15 years in China was forecasted using GDP and energy intensity,the trend of coal demand combined with energy structure was estimated.Taking coal quality of Daliuta coal perparation plant as an example,the influence of moisture and ash content on the calorific value were studied,and the necessity of improving coal quality combined with quality requirements of coal uses were analyzed.The main means of decreasing coal moisture and ash and improving coal quality were discussed.Finally,suggestions based on problems of Shendong coal separation and processing were put forward.With the improvement of coal quality requirements in the future,chemical coal preparation and microwave technology are likely to be used in coal production.
