摘要
为解决浅埋深8.8m超大采高综采面冒顶问题,实现特厚煤层综采面安全高效开采。以浅埋深8.8m超大采高12403综采面为研究对象,结合工作面地质条件与工作面参数,分析了工作面顶板冒落、煤壁片帮机理并以此制定了工作面煤壁加固、单向割煤采煤工艺、重型支架架缝、倒架、载头及咬架处理、刮板输送机内矸石快速处理及超大跨度梁端距假顶铺设等多项治理冒顶的关键技术。提出了做好地质资料分析、加强矿压预测预报、优化工作面设计、加强工程质量控制、提高员工技能水平及制定冒顶应急预案等多项预防冒顶的关键举措,为类似条件浅埋深超大采高综采面围岩控制、冒顶治理及预防提供了技术支撑。
In order to solve the problem of roof fall in shallow buried fully mechanized face with 8.8m super large mining height,and safely and efficiently mine the fully mechanized face with super thick coal seam,taking 12403 fully mechanized coal face with shallow buried depth of 8.8m and super large mining height as the research object,combining with the geological conditions and parameters of the working face,the mechanism and causes of roof caving and coal wall spalling in the working face are analyzed.Several key technologies for controlling roof fall are proposed,such as coal wall reinforcement in the working face,unidirectional coal cutting technology,heavy support seam,support falling,load head and support biting treatment,rapid treatment of gangue in scraper conveyor and laying of false roof with super span beam end distance.Several key measures to prevent roof fall are put forward,such as thorough geological data analysis,strengthening rock pressure prediction,optimizing working face design,strengthening engineering quality control,improving staff skills and formulating emergency plans for roof fall,which provides technical support for surrounding rock control,roof fall control and prevention of fully mechanized mining face with shallow burial depth of 8.8m and super large mining height under similar conditions.
