摘要
煤矿铁路站内装车作业方式直接影响煤炭铁路外运能力,文章引入公铁两用牵引车作为煤矿装车调车方式并进行研究,以煤矿铁路车站工程实例为切入点,通过文献调查、实地调研、数据统计分析等方法,从技术适用条件、运营维修、政策、投资等方面,对比分析了内燃机车、铁牛调车绞车、公铁两用牵引车三种装车调车方式,总结了不同条件下不同装车调车作业方式的选择方法,结果表明:对于工程投资允许,运量大的车站,优先考虑内燃机车装车调车作业,其作业效率高,可靠性好,灵活性高;对于投资有限制,运量小,列车在站作业条件复杂,尤其是装车系统改扩建项目,可选用灵活性较高的公铁两用牵引装车;对于列车站内作业方式简单,在直线无道岔区段装车,可选用调车绞车系统。
The loading operation mode of coal mine railway station directly affects the external transportation capacity of coal railway.The highway-railway tractor was introduced the as the coal mine loading and shunting method.Taking the coal mine railway station engineering example as the starting point,through literature survey,field research,data statistical analysis,loading and shunting methods of internal combustion locomotive,tractor shunting winch and highway-railway tractor were compared from the technical application conditions,operation and maintenance,policy,investment and other aspects.The selection methods of different loading and shunting operation methods under different conditions were summarized,the results show that for stations with permitted engineering investment and large transport volume,priority is given to the loading and shunting operation of internal combustion locomotives,which has high operating efficiency,good reliability and flexibility;for projects with inadequate investment,small transport volume,and complex operating conditions of trains at the station,especially the reconstruction and expansion of the loading system,the highway-railway tractor loading is preferred;for the projects with simple operation mode in the train station,loading in straight line without turnout section,the shunting winch system is preferred.
