摘要
大学生精神性成长与立德树人之间具有密切的关系。生活世界中的精神性是实现个人物化完满的支持力量,实践世界中的精神性是实现个体行为完满的隐性力量,意义世界中的精神性是实现个体精神完满的深层力量。建构大学生精神性成长需求的理论模型,需要面向生活世界去寻求"生理—心理—行为"一体化,面向实践世界做好职业发展的准备,面向意义世界促进"三观"的生成。
There is a close relationship between the spiritual growth of college students and moral education.Spirituality in the life world is the supporting power to achieve personal materialized perfection;spirituality in the practice world is the hidden power to achieve personal behavior perfection;and,spirituality in the meaning world is the deep power to achieve the personal spiritual perfection.To construct the theoretical model of college students’spiritual growth needs,it is necessary to seek the integration of"physiology,psychology and behavior"in the life world,to prepare for the career development in the practical world,and to promote the generation of"views of world,life and values"in the meaningful world.
