摘要
为缓解西部地区幼儿教育师资的匮乏,“转岗”教师队伍应运而生。他们身处贫困乡村,其职业幸福感普遍偏低。职业幸福感不仅是个体职业发展的隐性力量,也是幼儿园教育质量提升的支撑。究其原因发现职业幸福感与转岗教师对专业、学历和环境等方面的认识和认同相关。应当激发西部贫困乡村转岗教师的从业价值感、拓宽新岗位专业发展路径、给予职业归属感和明晰专业发展方向感以改善其职业幸福感的获得。
In order to alleviate the shortage of preschool education teachers in the western region,the"transferred teachers"came into being.They are located in poor rural areas,and their professional happiness is generally low.Occupational well-being is not only the hidden power of individual career development,but also the support of kindergarten education quality improvement.It is found that the occupational well-being is related to the transfer teachers"recognition of the profession,education background and environment.It is suggested that teachers transferred to poor rural areas in western China should be encouraged to have a sense of career value,to broaden the professional development path of new posts,to give a sense of professional belonging and a clear sense of professional development direction to improve their occupational happiness.
