上饶市2次人工增雨作业天气形势与雷达回波演变对比分析

摘要 人工增雨作业是缓解旱情提高农业产出率的一个重要的人工干预的科技方法,而人工增雨作业成本往往比较高,其中作业条件和时机的把握是人工增雨效果的关键。2019年10月12—13日和10月22—23日全市开展人工增雨作业。对这2次过程的天气形势与雷达回波演变、作业效果等进行对比分析,得出在500 hPa层584线控制区、低层偏南暖湿气流中、切变线南部以及冷锋前沿的积状云回波和混合状回波更有利于大范围人工增雨作业;而850~925 hPa层为一致的偏北气流控制区域不利于人工增雨作业大范围开展,人工增雨最佳作业时机应选在云系在发展阶段,且回波强度在25 dBz以上,VIL值在增大时进行作业。 artificial precipitation increasing operation is an important scientific and technological method of artificial intervention to alleviate drought and improve agricultural output rate.However,the cost of artificial precipitation increasing operation is often relatively high.The key to the effect of artificial precipitation increasing operation is to grasp the conditions and timing of artificial precipitation increasing operation.On October 12-13 and October 22-23,2019,artificial precipitation increasing operation will be carried out in the whole city.The weather situation and radar of these two processes are discussed in this paper through the comparative analysis of echo evolution and operation effect,it is concluded that the cumulus cloud echo and mixed echo in the 584 line control area of 500 hPa layer,the warm and humid air flow in the south of the low layer,the south of the shear line and the front of the cold front are more conducive to large-scale artificial precipitation enhancement operation.The 850~925 hPa layer is the same northerly airflow control area,which is not conducive to the large-scale operation of artificial precipitation.The best operation time of artificial precipitation should be selected when the cloud system is in the development stage,and the echo intensity is above 25 dbz,and the VIL value is increased.
