摘要
目的:观察基于肺肠同治理论治疗创伤性湿肺的临床疗效。方法:选取本院收治的创伤性湿肺患者60例,随机分为两组各30例。两组均采用相同的常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上应用肺肠同治理论经典方剂宣白承气汤治疗。观察两组治疗前后各项临床指标情况及临床疗效。结果:临床总有效率观察组96.7%(29/30),对照组90.0%(27/30),两组临床总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组各项指标包括疼痛评分、肺部挫伤评分、大便次数、呼吸频率、PaO、PaO/FiO、白细胞计数等比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于肺肠同治理论给予宣白承气汤治疗创伤性湿肺具有良好的临床疗效。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of treating traumatic wet lung based on the theory of simultaneous treatment of lung and intestine.Methods:A total of 60 patients with traumatic wet lungs were selected from this hospital and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with the same conventional treatment,and the treatment group was treated with Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction based on the conventional treatment plan.Observe the clinical indicators and clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results:The total clinical effective rate was 96.7%(29/30)in the treatment group and90.0%(27/30)in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference in the total clinical effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the two groups of indicators including pain score,lung contusion score,stool frequency,respiratory rate,PaOPaO/FiO,white blood cell count,etc.were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction based on the theory of simultaneous treatment of lung and intestine has a good clinical effect in the treatment of traumatic wet lung.
