摘要
目的:观察中药冷敷对手外伤术后早期肿胀及疼痛的影响。方法:选取60例接受手外伤手术的患者,随机分为中药组及常规组,各30例。常规组仅给予冰袋冷敷,中药组则给予中药+冰袋冷敷。对比两组术后早期患处的肿胀、疼痛情况。结果:中药组VAS评分及患肢肿胀程度下降较常规组快,术后1 d起两组患肢肿胀程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后2 d时两组患肢VAS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药冷敷能显著改善手外伤术后早期肿胀,减轻疼痛。
Objective:To observe the effect of cold compress of traditional Chinese medicine on pain,swelling and function after hand trauma.Methods:60 patients with hand trauma were randomly divided into two groups:traditional Chinese medicine cold compress group(n=30)and routine cold compress group(n=30).The conventional cold compress group was only given ice bag cold compress,while the traditional Chinese medicine cold compress group was given traditional Chinese medicine plus ice bag cold compress.The swelling and pain in the early stage after operation were compared between the two groups.Results:The VAS score and the swelling degree of the af-fected limb in the traditional Chinese medicine group decreased faster than those in the routine group.There was significant difference in the swelling degree of the affected limb between the two groups from 1 day after operation(P<0.05),and there was significant difference in the VAS score between the two groups on the 2nd day after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cold compress of traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the early swelling and relieve pain after hand trauma.
