摘要
目的探讨早期康复训练对手外伤术后功能障碍患者康复效果的影响.方法选择该院2019年3月-2020年12月收治的手外伤术后功能障碍患者80例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(40例,采用常规中后期康复训练)与研究组(40例,采用早期康复训练),比较两组患者的康复优良率,并采用总体活动度(total activity measurement,TAM)、徒手肌力检查(manual muscle testing,MMT)评价患者的术后功能障碍改善情况,并统计两组不良事件发生率.结果研究组训练后康复优良率为97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%,不良事件发生率为7.50%,低于对照组的27.50%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).训练后,研究组的TAM、MTT分别为(193.35±31.60)°、(3.86±0.77)级,均大于对照组的(151.40±28.34)°、(3.17±0.86)级,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对手外伤患者术后早期进行康复训练能够促进患者康复,有利于改善患者的术后功能障碍,且可降低不良事件的发生风险,值得推广.
Objective To explore the influence of early rehabilitation training on the rehabilitation effect of patients with dysfunction after hand trauma surgery.Methods 80 patients with postoperative dysfunction after hand trauma admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table,they were divided into a control group(40 cases,using routine mid-to-late rehabilitation training)and a study group(40 cases,using early rehabilitation training),comparing the recovery excellent and good rate of the two groups of patients,and use total activity measurement(TAM)and manual muscle testing(MMT)to evaluate the improvement of patients’postoperative dysfunction,and statistics of the incidence of adverse events in the two groups.Results The recovery excellent and good rate of the study group after training was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the incidence of adverse events was 7.50%,which was lower than 27.50%of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After training,the TAM and MTT of the study group were(193.35±31.60)°and(3.86±0.77)class respectively,which were higher than(151.40±28.34)°and(3.17±0.86)class of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation training for patients with hand trauma can promote the recovery of patients,help improve the postoperative dysfunction of patients,and reduce the risk of adverse events,which is worthy of promotion.
