模拟条件下热习服训练的必要性、方法和效果评估 被引量:6

摘要 高温高湿是我国亚热带地区的主要气候特点,是驻地部队训练和执行任务不可避免的环境条件。某些特殊兵种人员需在高温、封闭的场所作业,或身着的作业训练服等不通风、不散热,使机体处于湿热的微小环境中。处于高温高湿环境中时,人的体感温度(热指数)上升,尤其在运动时,人的机体产热大于散热,热量在体内蓄积,当核心温度超过39℃时,过度的热应激反应会对人体组织细胞产生毒性,影响人体许多器官功能,包括神经系统、肝脏、肾脏及凝血功能等。
