Objective To analyze the effect of uricillin on collateral circulation in patients with anterior circulation acute cerebral infarction. Methods Sixty-six patients with anterior circulation acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected. The patients were divided into the reference group and the treatment group according to the randomized method of the calculator. The reference group was given routine treatment. The treatment group was referred to Intravenous infusion was performed using Ureklin in the group method, and the neurological function and living ability of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The national institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS)was(7.12±1.99)points,(5.76±2.11)points,and the ability scale of life in the treatment group. The scores of modified rankin scale(MRS)were(2.01±0.44)and(1.41±0.19),respectively,which were significantly different from the data of the reference group(t=11.68,P=0.00;t=8.99,P=0.00;t=3.61,P=0.00;t=7.50,P=0.00).Conclusion The application of uricillin in the treatment of patients with anterior circulation acute cerebral infarction can effectively reduce the degree of neurological damage to patients, which is of positive significance for improving patients’living ability and improving collateral circulation.
