摘要
中国和美国都是氢气生产和消费大国,为推动氢能和燃料电池产业化发展,两国都出台了科技研发和商业示范的扶持政策。总体看,美国在氢能的政策评估、技术研发、示范应用和商业推广方面更具前瞻性和系统性,美国企业在关键设备和材料方面具有创新优势;中国企业在基础研究方面存在一定短板,但在产业化方面获得政府扶持的力度更大。文章主要介绍全球氢能产业现状,分析了中美两国氢能产业的特点,并提出了中国氢能产业的发展路径和相关建议。
China and the United States are both major countries in hydrogen production and consumption,and have introduced support policies for R&D and demonstration to promote the industrialization of hydrogen energy and fuel cells.Overall,the United States is more forward-looking and systematic in hydrogen energy policy assessment,R&D,applications&demonstration and commercial deployment.U.S.companies gain an innovative edge in critical equipment and materials,while Chinese companies have a certain shortcoming in basic research,but gain greater support for commercial applications from government.This paper mainly introduces the current situation of global hydrogen energy industry,analyzes the characteristics of the hydrogen energy industry in China and the United States,and puts forward a roadmap and some suggestions for the development of China’s hydrogen energy industry.
