摘要
目前我国区域协调发展主要依据国家政策,致使其实施效果大打折扣。为依法保障区域协调发展战略的实施,并为解决区域间利益冲突提供法律依据,我国有必要在借鉴国外区域协调发展立法经验的基础上,建立起包括区域协调发展基本法、区域协调发展保障法和区域协调发展特别法在内的完善的区域协调发展立法体系。
At present, the national policy is the main basis for regional coordinated development in China, which greatly reduced the effect of its implementation. The foreign experiences of regional coordinated development legislation show that it＇s necessary to establish the regional coordinated development legislation system including the Regional Coordinated Development Basic Law, the Regional Coordinated Development Security Law and the Regional Coordinated Development Special Law, in order to guarantee the implementation of a regional coordinated development strategy and provide a legal basis for resolving regional conflicts of interests in China.
