摘要
                
                    本研究在DEA方法下,分别构建了评价青海公路运输效率的CCR模型、SBM模型和超DEA模型。以公路里程、运输车辆、投入资金、燃油消耗为投入指标;旅客和货物周转量作为期望产出指标、交通事故作为非期望产出指标,对青海省2006-2015年的公路运输各项效率进行了分析与评价。结果表明:(1)青海省公路运输综合效率整体稳中有降,公路发展遇到瓶颈期。(2)非期望产出对公路运输效率存在一定负面影响。(3)青海公路运输由货运量不足向为客运量不足转变。
                
                Based on the DEA method,this paper constructs the CCR model,SBM model and super DEA model of highway transport efficiency in Qinghai.Measures for the use of road miles,transport vehicles,investment funds and fuel consumption;Passengers and freight turnover as expected output index,traffic accidents as the expected output index,in Qinghai province in 2006-2015 road transportation efficiency are analyzed and evaluated.The effective DMU in SBM is studied in detail.The results show that the overall efficiency of highway transportation in Qinghai province has been reduced and the road development has encountered bottleneck period.(2)non-expected output has a negative effect on the efficiency of road transportation.(3)the traffic in Qinghai has not been transformed by the volume of freight traffic.
