摘要
城市空间的稀缺性和高流动性特征使得城市交通系统运输效率成为城市交通高质量发展的重要衡量标准.本研究以中国285个地级市为研究单元,采用超效率Undesirable-SBM模型对1990—2019年中国城市交通运输效率时空演化特征进行分析,并探讨城市交通运输效率的影响因素.结果表明:(1)2019年,中国城市交通运输综合效率均值为0.737,处于较高水平,呈现出“博台线”西南侧效率值高于东北侧的空间格局;(2)1990年以来,城市交通运输综合效率均值由0.603波动上升到0.737,194个城市交通运输综合效率得到提升,综合效率区域差异增大且空间集聚增强;(3)规模效率始终低于技术效率,多数城市处于规模效率递增阶段,规模效率成为制约综合效率提升的首要因素;(4)城市交通运输综合效率与城市开发建设强度和经济发展水平存在显著正相关性,与社会发展水平和城市规模存在显著负相关性.研究结果可为改善不同区域城市交通运输效率和实现城市交通运输高质量发展提供科学参考.
The scarcity and high mobility of urban space make the transport efficiency of urban transport system an important measure of the high-quality development of urban transport.Taking 285prefecture-level cities in China as the research unit,this study uses the super efficiency undesirable-SBM model to analyze the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of urban transport efficiency in China from 1990to 2019,with the aim of figuring out the influencing factors of urban transport efficiency.The results are as follows.①In 2019,the average comprehensive efficiency of urban transport in China was 0.737,which was at a relatively high level,showing a spatial pattern that the efficiency value on the southwest side of the“Botai Line”was higher than that on the northeast side.②Since 1990,the average comprehensive efficiency of urban transport has fluctuated from 0.603to 0.737.The comprehensive efficiency of transport in 194cities has been improved.The regional differences in comprehensive efficiency has increased and spatial agglomeration has enhanced.③Scale efficiency is always lower than technical efficiency,and most cities are in the stage of increasing scale efficiency,which has become the primary factor restricting the improvement of comprehensive efficiency.④There is a significant positive correlation between the comprehensive efficiency of urban transport and the intensity of urban development and construction,as well as the level of economic development,while there is a significant negative correlation with the level of social development and urban scale.The research results can provide scientific references for improving the efficiency of urban transport in different regions and realizing high-quality development of urban transport.
