摘要
目的探究血液透析(HD)联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症的临床疗效。方法选取2018年2月—2019年2月来儋州市人民医院就医的尿毒症患者112例,依据临床治疗方法将其分为研究组和对照组,各56例。对照组患者采用HD,研究组则在对照组基础上加入血液灌流,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后,研究组尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Cr)、甲状腺素(PTH)、β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)、白介素6(IL-6)、白介素8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CPR)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者高血压、皮肤瘙痒、骨痛、食欲不振改善率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论HD联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症能获得较为显著的疗效,缓解患者的临床症状,降低患者机体内毒素,值得在临床普及应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of hemodialysis(HD)combined with hemoperfusion in the treatment of uremia.Methods 112 cases of uremia patients who came to Danzhou People’s Hospital for medical treatment from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected for retrospective analysis.According to clinical treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,namely study group and control group,each with 56 cases of uremia patients.Patients in the control group were treated with HD,while those in the study group were treated with hemoperfusion on the basis of the control group,to observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results After treatment,levels of BUN,Cr,PTH,β2-MG,IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α,CPR in study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the team in patients with high blood pressure,itchy skin,bone pain and loss of appetite four clinical symptoms of period is significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion HD combined with hemoperfusion in the treatment of uremia can achieve a more significant effect,alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the body endotoxin of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
