心脏移植术后B型利钠肽/N末端B型利钠肽原升高的临床意义 被引量:8

摘要 B型利钠肽(BNP)在心力衰竭(心衰)诊断和预后方面的价值已经比较明确。作为心衰标志物,BNP 水平能够全面反映心脏瓣膜、左室收缩、舒张功能障碍及右室功能障碍等情况。血清BNP 水平随着心衰的严重程度明显升高,即使在代偿期也可能出现明显升高,故BNP 可以用于筛查早期心衰或者无症状心衰,并且可以反映心衰患者心功能水平。BNP 可以作为预测心衰患者是否发生终点事件的独立预测因子,同时也是治疗心衰的临床手段。
