摘要
目的:研究痛泻要方加减治疗腹泻型肠道易激综合征对患者炎症因子、肠脂肪酸结合蛋白(IFABP)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)的变化影响。方法:选取我院2017年5月~2020年4月收治的腹泻型肠道易激综合征患者98例,分为两组。对照组给予凝结芽孢杆菌治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予痛泻要方加减治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果:两组治疗前症状积分组间比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后腹痛或腹部不适(0.81±0.28)分、腹泻次数(0.74±0.23)分、粪便性状(0.67±0.21)分、便意窘迫(0.41±0.21)分、精神紧张(0.31±0.17)分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前炎症相关因子、IFABP、5-HT、神经肽Y(NPY)水平组间比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-12(IL-12)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、IFABP、5-HT、NPY水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前肠易激综合征症状严重程度(IBS-SSS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分组间比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后IBS-SSS评分(58.14±24.85)分、PSQI评分(5.48±1.03)分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:痛泻要方加减治疗腹泻型肠道易激综合征可减轻患者炎症反应,调节IFABP、5-HT、NPY的表达水平,改善临床症状,提高睡眠质量。
Objective:To study the effect of Tongxie Yaofang Recipe on inflammatory factors and intestinal fatty acid binding protein(IFABP),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)for patients with diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome.Methods:From May 2017 to April 2019,98 patients with diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.The controlled group was treated with Bacillus Cloacae,and the observation group was treated with Tongxie Yaofang Recipe on the basis of the controlled group.The clinical effect of the two groups after treatment was analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in symptom score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of abdominal pain and abdominal discomfort,diarrhea,fecal distress and mental stress were(0.81±0.28),(0.74±0.23),(0.67±0.21),(0.41±0.21)and(0.31±0.17),respectively.There was no significant difference in the levels of inflammation related factors and IFABP,5-HT,neuropeptide Y(NPY)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-12(IL-12),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),IFABP,5-HT and NPY in the treatment group were lower than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).The difference between the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).IBS-SSS score after treatment(58.14±24.85).The SQI score(5.48±1.03)was lower than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongxie Yaofang Recipe can reduce inflammatory reaction,regulate the expression of IFABP,5-HT,NPY,improve clinical symptoms and improve sleep quality for patients with diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome.
