摘要
目的探讨促愈汤联合中药熏洗在混合痔术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月—2023年12月山东黄河河务局山东黄河医院收治的102例混合痔手术患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各51例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用促愈汤联合中药熏洗治疗,两组均持续治疗1周。比较两组的创面恢复情况、炎症指标、疼痛程度、中医证候积分。结果观察组在对照组的基础上创面愈合、水肿消退及出血停止时间分别为(12.32±1.24)d、(7.29±1.15)d、(4.86±0.75)d,均短于对照组的(15.58±1.53)d、(9.62±1.23)d、(6.59±1.12)d,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α及白细胞介素-6水平分别为(4.32±0.58)mg/L、(12.85±1.24)ng/L、(20.36±2.87)pg/mL,均低于对照组的(5.72±1.02)mg/L、(15.81±1.38)ng/L、(24.78±2.97)pg/mL,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组静息时、排便时疼痛视觉模拟评分分别为(1.24±0.21)分、(2.26±0.35)分,均低于对照组的(1.87±0.29)分、(3.15±0.52)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肛门潮湿、疼痛灼热、便血色鲜评分分别为(0.85±0.14)分、(0.72±0.13)分、(0.61±0.12)分,均低于对照组的(0.98±0.16)分、(0.87±0.15)分、(0.82±0.14)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论促愈汤联合中药熏洗可加快混合痔术后患者创面恢复,加快炎症消退,降低肛周疼痛程度,值得广泛应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of Cuyu Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in patients with mixed hemorrhoids after operation.Methods A total of 102 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who were admitted to Shandong Yellow River Hospital of Shandong Yellow River Bureau from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Cuyu Decoction combined with fumigation and washing of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 1 week.The wound recovery status,inflammatory indicators,pain degree,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores were compared between the two groups.Results The time of wound healing,edema regression,and bleeding stop in the observation group were(12.32±1.24)d,(7.29±1.15)d,and(4.86±0.75)d,respectively,which were shorter than(15.58±1.53)d,(9.62±1.23)d,and(6.59±1.12)d in the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6 in the observation group were(4.32±0.58)mg/L,(12.85±1.24)ng/L,(20.36±2.87)pg/mL,respectively,the levels were lower than(5.72±1.02)mg/L,(15.81±1.38)ng/L,(24.78±2.97)pg/mL of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the Visual Analogue Scale scores of pain at rest and defecation in the observation group were(1.24±0.21)points and(2.26±0.35)points,which were lower than(1.87±0.29)points and(3.15±0.52)points in the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of anal moisture,pain and burning,and bloody stool in the observation group were(0.85±0.14)points,(0.72±0.13)points,and(0.61±0.12)points,respectively,which were lower than(0.98±0.16)points,(0.87±0.15)points,and(0.82±0.14)points in the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cuyu Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing can accelerate the wound recovery of patients after mixed hemorrhoids surgery,accelerate the regression of inflammation,and reduce the degree of perianal pain,which is worthy of wide application.
