摘要
目的:观察补肾活血泄浊方联合西药对老年慢性肾炎患者(肾虚湿热证)血脂、血压、炎症因子及尿蛋白的影响。方法:选取2017年1月~2020年1月阜阳市太和县中医院收治的老年慢性肾炎患者(肾虚湿热证)100例,随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用补肾活血泄浊方治疗,2组均连续治疗3个月。比较2组临床疗效,观察2组治疗前后血脂指标、血压指标、炎症因子水平及尿蛋白变化。结果:观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.001);治疗后2组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.001);治疗后2组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平较治疗前升高(P<0.05),观察组与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后2组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.001);治疗后2组C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.001);治疗后2组24 h尿蛋白水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:补肾活血泄浊方联合西药对老年肾虚湿热证慢性肾炎患者的血脂、血压、炎症因子及尿蛋白具有良好调节作用,临床疗效显著,值得应用。
Objective:The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of Bushen Huoxue Xiezhuo Decoction combined with western medicine on blood lipid,blood pressure,inflammatory factors,and urinary protein in elderly patients with chronic nephritis of kidney deficiency and damp heat syndrome.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2020,100 elderly patients with chronic nephritis of kidney deficiency were enrolled in this study.The patients were randomized by a computer-generated random number sequence into a study group(n=50)and a conventional group(n=50).The conventional group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the study group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Xiezhuo Decoction in addition to conventional western medicine.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups,and the changes in blood lipid index,blood pressure index,inflammatory factor level,and renal function index were observed before and after treatment.Results:The clinical efficacy of the study group was significantly better than that of the conventional group(P<0.001).After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol(TC)and triglycerides(TG)in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),with the study group having significantly lower levels than the conventional group(P<0.001).After treatment,the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in both groups was higher than before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)levels in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),with the study group having significantly lower levels than the conventional group(P<0.001).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),with the study group having significantly lower levels than the conventional group(P<0.001).After treatment,the levels of 24-hour urinary protein in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),with the study group having significantly lower levels than the conventional group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The results of this study suggest that Bushen Huoxue Xiezhuo Decoction combined with western medicine has a significant regulatory effect on blood lipid,blood pressure,inflammatory factors,and urinary protein in elderly patients with chronic nephritis of kidney deficiency and damp heat syndrome.
