摘要
目的探讨来氟米特联合糖皮质激素治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效。方法选取本院收治的160例慢性肾小球肾炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法平均分为对照组和实验组,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,实验组患者尿素氮、尿蛋白和血肌酐值均明显优于对照组,实验组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,两组差异具备统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论来氟米特联合糖皮质激素治疗慢性肾小球肾炎疗效确切,同时能够缓解患者临床症状,改善患者的肾功能,提高用药安全性。
Objective To investigate the effect of leflunomide combined with glucocorticoids in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods A total of 160 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were divided into control group and experimental group according to the method of random number table,80 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine therapy,and the experimental group was treated with leflunomide combined with glucocorticoid. The effective rates,urea nitrogen,urine protein and serum creatinine,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The indexes of renal function evaluation in the experimental group,including urea nitrogen,urinary protein and serum creatinine were significantly better than those in the control group. The incidence of ADRs in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Leflunomide combined with glucocorticoid is effective in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis,and can relieve the clinical symptoms,improve the renal function and improve the safety of medication.
