摘要
教育自从开始集中授课,课堂教学评价就应运而生。当前高职院校的课堂教学评价还不同程度地存在评价指标体系理念不新、准确性不够、导向性不强等问题,广东女子职业技术学院以学生为本,构建了基于有效教学理论的课堂教学评价指标体系,对新旧评价指导体系应用的数据调查显示,新的评价指标体系对教师课堂教学评价的科学性明显提高,促进了教师教学能力的提升。
Since the practice of concentrated teaching,in-class teaching evaluation has come into being.There are some deficiencies in the prevailing in-class teaching evaluation at higher vocational colleges,such as the outdated concept of evaluation index system,the low accuracy,and the poor guidance.An in-class teaching evaluation index system based on the theory of effective teaching has been established at Guangdong Women’s Polytechnic College,which is student-oriented.As shown by the studies of the data collected in the application of the old and new evaluation systems,the scientific nature of the evalution of teachers’in-class teaching has been significantly improved in the new index system,which,meanwhile,has also facilitated the promotion of their teaching capacity.
