摘要
针对社会福利机构内社会工作者的专业化发展现状,研究综合使用问卷调查法、访谈法,于2019年7月,对上海市市属社会福利机构内的101名专职社会工作者开展调查,分析其在职业认同、专业服务和专业发展方面的现状及其影响因素。从调查中发现社工总体职业认同感较高,能够通过专业服务获得价值感;能够贯彻专业服务标准,希望获得更多督导支持,社工主动参与专业发展相关工作的意愿有待提高。根据调查中发现的问题,研究从专业化培训、细化操作规范、督导能力建设、促进交流合作、激发研究潜能5方面提出了思考建议。
Focusing on the current situation of social workers’specialization in social welfare institutions,a research of 101 full-time social workers in Shanghai municipal social welfare institutions was conducted in July,2019.By way of questionnaire survey and interview,the research analyzes social workers’current situation and influencing factors in professional identity,professional services and specialized development.It is found that social workers have a high sense of professional identity in general and can gain sense of value through professional services.In addition,they can implement standards of professional service and hope to get more support from supervisors.Their willingness to participate in specialized development related work needs to be improved as well.According to the problems found in the research,the paper puts forward suggestions from five aspects:conducting specialized training,refining operation standard,building supervision capacity,promoting communication and cooperation,and stimulating research potential.
