摘要
分析了建筑工程造价管理中工程量计算软件的现状,简要分析了以Revit为平台的ODBC数据库结构、Revit建筑模型的信息共享以及当前Revit平台的使用情况。探讨了以Revit为平台开发工程量计算软件的技术可行性。对比当前其它平台的工程量计算软件的优缺点,提出了一种新的基于BIM模型的建筑软件开发平台模式。
The actuality of quantities calculation software in cost management of architectural project is analyzed. The structure of ODBC database based on Revit, the share information of building modeling of Revit and practical using currently of Revit is analyzed briefly. The technical feasibility of quantities calculation based on Revit is discussed. Software of quantities calculation on others platform is contrasted, and then the new mode of the BIM-based architectural software development platform is put forward.
