摘要
目的探讨金银花口服液联合磷酸奥司他韦治疗流感的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月—2021年3月本院收治的120例流感患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组(单纯使用磷酸奥司他韦进行治疗)、观察1组(在对照组基础上使用金银花口服液,60 mL/次,3次/d)、观察2组(在对照组基础上使用金银花口服液,120 mL/次,3次/d),各40例。比较分析3组治疗效果、症状消退时间、免疫功能及不良反应发生情况。结果观察1组治疗总有效率为92.50%,观察2组治疗总有效率为95.00%,均高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察1组、观察2组发热、咳嗽、流鼻涕、鼻塞症状消退时间均短于对照组,且观察2组各项症状消退时间短于观察1组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前3组IgA、IgG、IgM水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察1组、观察2组血清IgA、IgG、IgM水平均高于对照组,且观察2组高于观察1组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组治疗不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论金银花口服液联合磷酸奥司他韦治疗流感效果理想,可缩短症状消退时间,提高自身免疫力,且临床不良反应少,建议根据患者病情特点适当增加金银花口服液用药剂量以获得最佳效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Honeysuckle oral liquid combined with oseltamivir phosphate in the treatment of influenza.Methods Selected 120 cases of flu patients in our hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 as the research object,using the stochastic indicator method was divided into control group(simple use of oseltamivir phosphate treatment),observation group 1(on the basis of control group using honeysuckle oral liquid,60 mL/time,3 times/d),observation group 2(on the basis of control group using honeysuckle oral liquid,120mL/time,3 times/d),40 cases each.The therapeutic effect,symptom resolution time,immune function and adverse reactions of the three groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of observation group 1 was 92.50%,the total effective rate of observation group 2 was 95.00%,higher than 75.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The regression time of fever,cough,runny nose and nasal obstruction in observation group 1 and 2 was shorter than those in control group,and the regression time of symptoms in observation group 2 was shorter than that in observation group 1(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in IgA,IgG and IgM levels among the 3 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum IgA,IgG and IgM levels of observation group 1 and observation group 2 were higher than those of control group,and observation group 2 was higher than observation group 1(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among 3 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Honeysuckle oral liquid combined with oseltamivir phosphate has an ideal effect on the treatment of influenza,which can shorten the time of symptom regression and improve immunity,and has few clinical adverse reactions.It is suggested to increase the dosage of honeysuckle oral liquid appropriately according to the characteristics of the patient's condition to obtain the best effect.
