摘要
目的:观察俞穴埋针治疗糖尿病合并失眠的临床疗效。方法:将80例糖尿病合并失眠患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组40例。对照组予基础治疗(降糖药物+健康宣教)联合阿普唑仑片,治疗组予基础治疗(降糖药物+健康宣教)联合俞穴埋针。观察临床疗效,比较空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分的变化情况。结果:①治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为87.50%、60.00%;组间失眠临床疗效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。②治疗前后组内比较,两组FPG、2 hPG水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,治疗组FPG、2 hPG水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。③治疗前后组内比较,两组PSQI评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,治疗组PSQI评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:俞穴埋针治疗糖尿病合并失眠,可明显改善患者睡眠障碍,并能改善患者的糖代谢紊乱。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of treating diabetes complicated with insomnia by embedding needle at Shuacupoint.Methods:Eighty patients with diabetes complicated with insomnia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control groups were given basic treatments(hypoglycemic drugs and health education)combined with alprazolam tablets.The treatment group was given basic treatments combined with embedding needle at Shu-acupoint.The clinical efficacy was observed and the changes of fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score were compared.Results:①The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 87.50%and 60.00%,respectively.Compare the clinical efficacy of insomnia between the two groups,the treatment group was significantly superior to the control group(P<0.05).②There were statistically significant differences in FPG and 2hPG levels between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the FPG and 2 hPG levels in treatment group was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).③There were statistically significant differences in PSQI score between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the PSQI score in treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating diabetes complicated with insomnia by embedding needle at Shu-acupoint can improve the sleep disorders and glucose metabolism disorders of the patients.
