摘要
目的 探讨耳穴贴压联合穴位按摩对维持性血液透析合并睡眠障碍患者睡眠质量的影响。方法 选取2019年5月至2021年9月我院收治的维持性血液透析合并睡眠障碍患者60例,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上采取耳穴贴压联合穴位按摩,持续观察1个月。比较两组睡眠质量及生活质量。结果 干预前,两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、肾病相关生活质量(KDTA)评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组PSQI中各维度评分均低于对照组,KDTA评分高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 耳穴贴压联合穴位按摩可有效改善维持性血液透析合并睡眠障碍患者睡眠质量,提高生活质量。
Objective: To investigate the effect of auricular point sticking combined with acupoint massage on sleep quality in patients with maintenance hemodialysis complicated with sleep disorders. Methods: A total of 60patients with maintenance hemodialysis complicated with sleep disorder who were admitted to our hospital from May2019 to September 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given auricular point sticking combined with acupoint massage on this basis for 1 month. The sleep quality and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results: Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the scores of pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) and kidney disease-related quality of life(KDTA)between the two groups(P >0.05). The KDTA score was higher than that of the control group, and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: Auricular point sticking combined with acupoint massage can effectively improve the sleep quality and life quality of patients with maintenance hemodialysis complicated with sleep disorders.
