摘要
厥阴病有其自身的特点和传变规律,只有从复杂的病情中抓住重点,才能使治疗呈现"效如桴鼓",达到预期的效果。乌梅丸是《伤寒论》中的经典方剂,本为治疗蛔虫病的名方,在《方剂学》中也将其纳入驱虫剂的范畴,这未免局限了乌梅丸的使用范围,实际上乌梅丸的临证范围绝非只限于虫证,在消化系统、神经系统等很多疾病中都可取其方义。而姜建国教授在使用时认为做到辨证与辨病相结合、宏观辨证与微观辨证相结合,抓住主要病机,因证施治,临床治疗各种厥阴病症时加减配伍使用乌梅丸都能取得良好疗效。
Juyin disease has its own characteristics and transmission law. The anticipant effects are achieved when focusing on the keys in the complicated situations of disease. Wumei wan is the classical formula in Treatise on Febrile Diseases. It had been used for the treatment of roundworm and been classified into the category of parasiticide in Formula of Chinese Herbal Materials. But,it limits the indications of wumei wan. In fact,it is not only applied to the insect disorders,but also to many diseases in digestive and nervous systems. Prof. Jiang Jianguo stresses the combination of pattern / syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation and the combination of macroscopic differentiation and microcosmic differentiation. Prof. Jiang pays attention to the understanding of pathogenesis and has achieved the satisfactory efficacy on various Jueyin diseases with modified wumei wan.
