摘要
在数字经济的时代背景下,数字技术赋能传统制造业转型升级成为制造业高质量发展新动能。本文从南京钢铁股份有限公司JIT+C2M智能工厂入手,分析了智能工厂的数字化转型路径,同时也发现了现阶段存在的问题,对于问题本文从人才的培养、数字化技术标准的制定、加强政企合作3个方面入手,为整个制造业提出适时性的建议,帮助传统制造业加快实现数字化转型。
Under the background of digital economy,digital technology empowering the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry has become a new driving force for the high-quality development of manufacturing industry.Taking JIT+C2M intelligent factory of Nanjing Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.as an example,this paper analyzes the digital transformation path of intelligent factory,and also finds out the existing problems.For the problems,it focuses on three aspects:cultivation of talents,development of digital technology standards,and strengthening cooperation between government and enterprises,and puts forward timely suggestions for the whole manufacturing industry to help the traditional manufacturing industry accelerate the digital transformation.
