摘要
目的梳理针灸治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)的研究现状及热点,为该领域研究者提供相关信息,促进该学科的发展。方法以CNKI数据库中针灸治疗RA的相关文献为研究对象,运用CiteSpace科学知识图谱工具绘制、分析相关数据。结果共纳入相关文献736篇,对高频关键词进行总结分析后,总结出了5个研究热点。结论针灸治疗RA方法众多,机制复杂,动物实验研究较多,临床研究较少,可借助新兴科学技术揭示其本质,推动其发展。
Objective To sort out the research status and hotspots of acupuncture and moxibustion treating RA,provide relevant information for researchers in this field,and promote the development of this subject.Methods The related literature of acupuncture and moxibustion treating RA in CNKI database was taken as the research object,and the relevant data were drawn by CiteSpace scientific knowledge graph tool.Results A total of 736 articles were included in the relevant literature.After the summary and analysis of high frequency keywords,five research hotspots were summarized.Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of RA has many methods,complex mechanism,more animal experimental research and less clinical research.It can reveal its essence and promote its development with the help of new science and technology.
