摘要
近年来,公共危机频发,尤其是2020年新冠疫情爆发,对我国的公共危机管理研究提出严峻挑战,分析目前的研究现状、热点及演化趋势可为该领域的发展提供借鉴参考。本文采用文献计量软件CiteSpace对该领域研究现状、热点、演化路径及前沿进行分析。研究发现:危机治理、协同治理、网络舆情等为该研究领域的热点,研究主题聚焦于危机管理基础研究、体系研究及手段研究,并形成"探索—深化"的研究演化路径,大数据、公共危机治理为未来潜在的研究热点主题。
In recent years,the frequent occurrence of public crisis,especially the outbreak of the new crown epidemic in 2020,poses a serious challenge to the research of public crisis management in China.The analysis of the current research status,hot spots and evolution trend can provide reference for the development of this field.In this paper,the bibliometric software CiteSpace is used to analyze the research status,hotspots,evolution paths and frontiers in this field.The research finds that:crisis governance,collaborative governance and network public opinion are the hot spots in the research field.The research topics focus on the basic research,system research and means research of crisis management,and form the research evolution path of"exploration deepening".Big data and public crisis governance are potential hot topics in the future.
