摘要
针对豹子沟煤矿10101综放工作面开采,分析探讨可能引起采空区自然发火火灾危险因素;应用气相色谱分析仪和束管取气的方法测定该工作面采空区自燃“三带”分布数据;采用现场实测方法和采用数值模拟法分析采空区自燃“三带”规律,经比照,得出不同风量条件下采空区自燃“三带”分布特征,最终确定范围为:散热带小于27.2 m,氧化自燃带27.2~74.5 m,窒息带大于74.5 m;结合煤层最短自然发火期,确定工作面的最小安全推进速度为1.84米/天。
Aiming at the mining of 10101 fully mechanized caving face of Baozigou Colliery,the risk factors that may cause spontaneous fires in goaf was analyzed and discussed in the paper,the distribution data of spontaneous combustion"three zones"in the goaf of the working face was determined by gas chromatography analyzer and gas extraction method of beam tube,the"three zones"law of spontaneous combustion in the goaf was also analyzed by the on-site measurement method and numerical simulation method,and the distribution characteristics of the"three zones"of spontaneous combustion in the goaf under different air volume conditions was obtained by comparison.The final determination range is:the heat dissipation zone is less than 27.2 m,the oxidized spontaneous combustion zone is 27.2 to 74.5 m,and the suffocation zone is more than 74.5 m,combined with the shortest spontaneous combustion period of coal seam,the minimum safe advancing speed of working face 1.84 meters/day.
