摘要
在文旅融合的背景下,高职院校旅游教育人才培养要应对很多挑战,研学旅行作为快速发展的新兴产业,需要很多专门人才填补人员缺口。高职旅游教育专业的教学目标是培养旅游业基层工作者,为此,要进一步对接与促进旅游产业的发展,逐步改革与完善人才培养模式。通过分析研学旅行的的概念及对人才的要求,阐述旅游教育人才培养方面存在的问题,并根据高职院校的实践制定出人才培养的改革意见与建议。
Under the background of the integration of culture and tourism,study tourism has grown rapidly to be an emerging industry,where need more professional talents.According to the teaching goal of higher vocational education,cultivating primary tourism practitioners,it is necessary to further connect and promote the development of tourism industry,and gradually reform and improve the talent training mode.Based on the analysis of the concept and requirements of study tourism,this paper expounded existing problems and futural cultivation suggestions.
