摘要
随着互联网技术的发展,信息化俨然已经成为了21世纪的社会发展趋势。当下,高校学生通过移动互联网可以接受到广泛的信息渠道,且这些信息渠道会随着网络信息的不断更新而快速刷新,但这些刷新的信息渠道可以是优质的也可以是劣质的。如果是优质的信息渠道,固然能够帮助学生树立正确的人生观、价值观,但如果是劣质的,则其结果不言而喻。在此背景下,作为一个高校教育管理者,我们应该如何在信息化时代摒除传统守旧的教育管理模式,建立起信息化环境下的高校教育管理模式,显得尤为重要。本文在分析传统的高校学生教育管理模式和应急管理机制的基础上,阐述了信息化时代下传统教育管理模式改革的必要性,并提出了相应的转变策略。
Along with the development of internet technology,informatization has become the trend of social development in the21st century.Nowadays,mobile internet has provided college students various timely-updated information channels.However,only positive channels can help students establish healthy outlook on life and values.Therefore,it is of great significance for college administrators to get rid of traditional and conservative educational management mode,as well as to establish a new management mode adapting to information environment.The paper firstly analyzed the traditional mode and emergency management mechanisms,then expounded the necessity of reform,and further put forward relevant transformational strategies.
