摘要
立德树人是新时代高等教育的重要任务,也是高校学生管理创新与实践的核心目标。以此为背景,从高校学生管理现状出发,针对高校学生创新管理的可行性及必要性进行分析并提出相应策略。研究认为,高校学生管理创新需要注重理论创新、制度创新和实践创新,同时需要加强师生互动、社会参与和评估监督等方面的工作,如此才能真正达到立德树人的目标。
Fostering virtue through education is the main task of higher education,and the core goal of the innovation and practice of college student management.Based on this background and current situation,the paper firstly analyzed the feasibility and necessity of innovative management,and then proposed countermeasures.The research showed that,the innovative management of college students should focus on the innovation of theories,institutions and practice.Meanwhile,colleges and universities had to enhance teacher-student interaction and raise social participation,as well as strengthen assessment and supervision.
