摘要
引入精细化管理理念,对于解决高职院校学生党建工作存在的问题具有现实的必要性和可行性。构建高职院校学生党建工作精细化管理模式主要是实现学生党建日常工作精细化、学生党建工作目标精细化、制度精细化、流程精细化、考核精细化。
The concept of fine management will be necessary and feasible to solve the existing problems once being introduced into student party building work of higher vocational colleges. To construct the fine management mode of student party building work in higher vocational colleges is mainly through the realization of refinement of daily work of student party building and refinement of goal, system, procedure and evaluation of student party building work.
