摘要
抗疫档案是构建全民抗疫记忆的重要元素,是塑造伟大抗疫精神的重要载体,是彰显民族文化自信的重要依凭。大量抗疫档案亟需收馆整合,以便最大限度地发挥抗疫档案“资政服务与应急管理”“社会服务与精神传承”价值,本文以档案记忆观的思想内涵为指导,通过网络调研多家档案部门抗疫档案工作,撷取其经验与做法,拟从筹建国家抗疫专题档案数据库,开展全民抗疫档案口述史项目,举办抗疫记忆档案文献资料展三方面探究抗疫档案多元化开发。
Anti-epidemic records are an important element in which constructing the nation’s anti-epidemic memory,an important carrier for which shaping the great"antiepidemic spirit",and important reliance to which demonstrate the self-confidence of the national culture.A large number of anti-epidemic records are urgently needed to be collected and integrated in order to maximize the value of the anti-epidemic records in"government services and emergency management"and"social service and spiritual inheritance".Based on the ideological connotation of the archive memory view,and experience from many archives departments by investigating their work about anti-epidemic records on the Internet,this paper proposes the diversified development of anti-epidemic records from three aspects:the preparation of a national anti-epidemic records database,the initiation of a national antiepidemic records oral history project,and the exhibition of an anti-epidemic memory archive document.
