摘要
[目的/意义]数字档案馆的高质量发展,需要破除相关观念束缚、知识短板。因此,研究我国综合数字档案馆的人力资源状况,有利于为数字档案馆的高质量发展提供人员支持。[方法/过程]以陕西省榆林市档案馆为问卷调查对象,了解我国综合档案馆在数字档案馆建设过程中存在的人力资源困境。在此基础上,结合组织变革理论,提出我国综合档案馆建设数字档案馆的人力资源支持策略。[结果/结论]对应组织变革的三个阶段,我国综合数字档案馆也相应地可以划分为建设前、建设中、建设后三个阶段,并且每个阶段的侧重点不同,针对档案人员采取的措施也相应有所变化。
[Purpose/significance]The high quality development of digital archives needs to break away from the constraints of related concepts and knowledge.Therefore,studying the human resources status of comprehensive digital archives is helpful to provide personnel support for the high-quality development of digital archives.[Methods/process]Taking Yulin archives of Shaanxi province as the object of questionnaire survey,we understand the human resources difficulties existing in the construction process of digital archives.On this basis and combining with the theory of organization reform,this paper puts forward the human resources support strategy for constructing digital archives in Chinese comprehensive archives.[Result/conclusion]Corresponding to three stages of organizational change,our country's comprehensive digital archives can also be divided into three stages:before the construction,during the construction and after the construction.And the emphasis of each stage is different,and the measures taken for the archives personnel have changed accordingly.
